MYSTICAL MUSCAT - TRIP 4 HOURS - 100 KM

Muscat provides visitors with a special chance to see a modern commercial hub that coexists with its traditional culture. With its natural harbor, Muscat means to "Anchorage" and is situated in a natural volcanic bowl. Our tour includes the Grand Mosque (except on Fridays) and the Bait Al Zubair Museum (also except on Fridays), offering a quick overview of Oman's history and growth. We will drive along the waterfront Corniche, stopping at the Fish Market and the vibrant Muttrah Souq. Next, we will take a photo break at the stunning Al Alam Palace, the official residence of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, which is flanked by the 16th-century Portuguese forts Mirani and Jalali. The dress code for the Mosque requires ladies to be fully covered and to wear a long headscarf, while men should wear full-length trousers.

MUSCAT BY NIGHT - TRIP 4 HOURS - 80 KM

You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to Haramel, a small fishing village located about 2-3 Km from Muscat Palace. This village is one of the oldest in the Wilayat of Muscat and retains the charm of a traditional fishing community. We will continue along the waterfront corniche and make our first stop at the lively Muttrah Souq. The vibrant souq will transport you back in time by at least a century. After enjoying your time at the Souq, you can take a short walk along the corniche, which offers plenty of photo opportunities. The illuminated "Frankincense burner" is a beautiful sight to see at night. We will also stop for photos at the stunning Al Alam Palace, the official residence of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, which is flanked by the 16th-century Portuguese forts Mirani and Jalali. You will be transferred back to your hotel around 2130 hrs.

Explore the Royal Opera House Muscat, a grand symbol illuminating the diverse trends of the Renaissance's growth. Visit the National Oman Museum, established by Royal decree in 2013 and opened on July 30, 2016. It was created to be the Sultanate's main cultural institution, highlighting the nation's heritage from the earliest human settlements in the Oman Peninsula, dating back around two million years, to the present day. AL HOOTA CAVE - TRIP 8 HOURS - 350 KM

Depart from Muscat to Nizwa, starting with a visit to the iconic Round Tower Fort, constructed in the 17th century, and the souq famous for its Friday cattle auction, intricately hand-carved "khanjars" (daggers), and exquisite silver jewellery. Next, head to the Al Hoota Caves, where you can marvel at the stunning stalactites and stalagmites, as well as an underground lake. Visitors can access the show cave via an electric train that travels through a tunnel adjacent to the main entrance. This show cave features well-maintained pathways and a specialized lighting system. On your way back to Muscat, stop by the charming village of Birkat Al Mauz, nestled at the base of Jebel Akhdar (Green Mountains). Take a leisurely stroll through its lush oasis and dense date palm plantations.

COASTAL TRIP SOHAR - 7 HOURS - 480 KM

This tour offers many fascinating contrasts. We head towards the charming fishing village of Quriyat, passing through the rugged mountain landscape. From there, we move to the beautiful coast and explore the stunning Bimah sinkhole, a limestone crater filled with blue-green water. We drive through the lovely village of Wadi Tiwi, nestled among date palms by the mountains. Along the way, there’s a fantastic photo opportunity at Wadi Shab. Continue your trip to Sur, which was a key trade hub with East Africa. Today, the city is known for its Dhow building industry. Enjoy a visit to the Sur Dhow Factory. There’s a photo stop at Fins beach before returning to Muscat.
